Elisabeth Lanser-Rose is the author of a memoir, For the Love of a Dog, (Random House, 2001), and a novel, Body Sharers (Rutgers University Press, 1993). Body Sharers was a top-five finalist for the PEN/Hemingway Foundation Award for Best First Novel. She has placed work in The North Carolina Literary Review, Art:Mag, Kestrel: a Journal of Literature and Art, and Feminist Studies. She is currently working on another novel and a memoir.
