Shane Mercer

J. Shane Mercer is a fine art photographer from Fargo, N.D. He holds a Master of Science degree in Journalism from the Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. Much of his photographic work is focused on long-exposure, low-light imaging. Mercer’s work has been displayed at the Plains Art Museum and the Uptown Gallery in Fargo. He owns and maintains PicturesOfFargo.com.

Christopher Woods

Christopher Woods is a writer, teacher and photographer who lives in Chappell Hill, Texas. He has published a novel, The Dream Patch, a prose collection, Under a Riverbed Sky, and a book of stage monologues for actors, Heat Speak. He began taking photographs while in chemotherapy. Jayne Marek has provided color cover art for Silk Road, Bombay Gin, and The Bend and for her two full-length poetry books—In and Out of Rough Water (Kelsay Books, 2017) and The Tree Surgeon Dreams of Bowling (Finishing Line, 2018).  Her poetry and art photos appear most recently in Gulf Stream, The Cortland Review, Lunch Ticket, Shantih, The Lake, Raven Chronicles, Stonecoast Review, Women’s Studies Quarterly, Amsterdam Review, About Place Journal, and Notre Dame Review.
